TCG Shop AU dispatches trading card products and collectibles from Australia. We pack every order carefully to help sealed products, singles and accessories arrive safely.

Order processing

Most orders dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During major releases, pre-orders or unusually busy periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping update when your order is dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Australian delivery is usually 2–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery is usually 7–21 business days after dispatch. These estimates can be affected by the destination, carrier volume, public holidays and customs processing.

Orders are sent with trusted carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle. Tracking is provided where available and will be emailed after dispatch.

Protective packaging

We use protective materials suited to the product, which may include sleeves, top loaders, bubble protection, cardboard support or secure boxes.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight and destination. Free or discounted shipping may be offered during selected promotions.

Delays, loss or damage

Carrier delivery timing is outside our direct control once a parcel has been dispatched. If tracking shows an unusual delay or your parcel may be lost, email TCGShopAu@gmail.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the shipping packaging and item. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
