Products and information

We aim to describe products, language, condition and packaging accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens. Product availability, prices and descriptions may change without notice.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors or other reasonable operational issues. If we cancel an paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Pre-orders

Release dates and dispatch estimates for pre-orders are estimates and may change because of supplier, distributor or carrier delays. Updates will be provided when available.

Shipping

Processing and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk and responsibility are handled in accordance with applicable Australian law.

Returns and consumer guarantees

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on trading card products. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for details.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
